  • Worked as a day-to-day paraprofessional substitute from 2007-2010. Included SDC, RSP, and Inclusion experience. Grade levels ranged from Pre-K through High School Transition.

Fieldwork

  • Summer 2010: Observed and analyzed a mathematics lesson in a mild-to-moderate Speech and Language impairement course.
  • Spring 2010: Observed and wrote a case study about an ELL student with moderate learning disabilities, focusing on the student's communicative competence
  • Fall 2009: Observed and wrote a case study about a student with severe autism, focusing on the student's language development from the perspective of developmental theory.
